OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
If you need to return an item purchased your options are:
- Replacement of goods; or
- A refund on your purchase.
If you need to return an item for a warranty claim (any item fitted) your item will be returned
to the manufacture for your claim. If approved, you are entitled to a refund; or replacement.
This can take up to 4 weeks on some items.
Please make sure that you retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
You are NOT entitled to a refund if:
- If you are responsible for the fault/defect; or
- The packaging is damaged and not in re-saleable condition.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:
